I listened to the show – fun and smart! Yes, there is a new market out there and agents who adapt will do well.
Regarding the point made about calling prospective clients and talking about closed sales and listings, I’d suggest agents talk about zoning which covers hyper local issues that really impact property values and the look and feel of the place. Plus, there is always something going on in zoning so it makes your calling all the easier.
