Michele Serro was trained in the arts a Julliard School of Music in NYC and later entered the design business and opened the first office in NYC for IDEO.
She’s new to real estate and brings a refreshing approach to an experience still confusing in the eyes of the consumer. The design perspective focuses on a system approach through conversation, listening and learning until the process makes sense, flows.
